Zips Car Wash

Been going here off and on almost a year now. Great staff, great car wash. I drive a lot so I’m here just about everyday lol.

Zips has a good reliable wash for compact SUVs. Cole from Zips Express Wash in Goldsboro, NC is awesome! He’s a very kind-hearted soul that took time to explain the different wash options to me. I’ve subscribed for a little over a year and still happy with how little maintenance it is for me to keep my car clean. Cole is a big reason for why I’ve stuck to Zips for so long rather than switching to other car washes too; he and I have shared some unique stories together. He’s been able to route any reported maintenance issues with the wash expediently too!

I went to the Goldsboro location this morning and even though it was sub 30°F, I was helped by the kindest young woman, Marri. She came out with a smile, happily walked me through the selections since the automatic machine was done. We discussed options and I ended up becoming a member thanks to her help!! Incredible first experience, but it surely won’t be my last.

Yesterday my husband went to this car wash and as per procedure, he was escorted into the track. Once he got to the tire brushes, the trucks right tire slipped off the track. We realized this morning that it left a total sidewall puncture on our tire. Now we have to deal with getting a replacement due to this. Never coming back to this car wash.

I arrived just at closing, not knowing winter hours has just been implemented. Cole was headed out to put the cones in place to close off the entry but, recognizing my car, waived me in and got me taken care of. He took an extra couple of minutes to help out a regular customer and didn’t hesitate. Good man!
