Zips Car Wash

Hit or miss if all the functions are working in the wash process. 5 stars if they are... However, the brushes aren't always all working. Last time the side brushes weren't spinning or moving. A time before the top brush wasn't moving. Sometimes the tire shine applicators aren't working. This is not specific to this zips location in Lexington. I've been to 3 others in lexington that off similar inconsistent experience. The staff is always pleasant and professional. The folks working to guide you in or take care of payment are not the ones responsible for fixing or maintaining the mechanical equipment inside. Keep that in mind if you have a similar experience. Be kind. Be honest but Be Kind.

The staff here is very friendly. Great car wash and prices. It's not super busy like the one across the street. Got a membership here today. Look forward to coming back.

Not impressed. Paid for services i didn't get. Good thing they had plenty of wet towels I had to look for 5 minutes to find, because my vehicle was still covered in soap when I got out. Hope the water/soap spots didn't hurt my finish while I was looking for towels. I thought i was supposed to get my wheels and tires prepped first but that didn't happen.

I've been using this car wash for the last 2 or 3 years, at least biweekly, and ever since they were bought out by Zips, it's been terrible. Today was the second time in the last few weeks I've driven all the way home with soap suds still covering my truck. More swirls, more leftover suds, less satisfaction I suppose.

I was a member of super shine before zips and loved it. I got a membership with zips when they took over and totally different. My truck is never clean and I have to go straight to wiping it before it drys. My wheels are never clean, my mirrors. Over half of the vacuums haven’t worked in weeks and the workers don’t even pre wash your vehicle anymore. I believe after multiple times of being disappointed and still giving it a chance I deserve a reimbursement.
