Terry done his job, and you can appreciate that. Could he use a little more courtesy on the knowing how to talk? Yes, but he did his job for the most part. I won't condemn him for being human. We've all done it before. He got it back together quickly because we showed him grace. We're not from VA, and We're just getting accustomed to how folk are here. He wasn't rude, and we weren't offended. Good, quick oil change with a military discount, and the price wasn't bad at all.

Great experience! Just drive up and get your oil changed while sitting in your car. No reservation needed. Prices were very reasonable. Service exceptionally quick.

First time here, and I will be back! I have a new (to me) car and this was the first oil change. They explained my choices, gave me prices for each, and went right to work! It was really nice not having to leave my vehicle for hours waiting for the service to be done.
