I received excellent customer service from Krystal, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The prices are consistently good. Their products are of high quality, and I have never had any complaints.

BUYERS BE ADVISED!! FIRST AND FOREMOST: I work in the parts business and have done so for the last 21 years and we always let our customers know about restock fees up front on the phone and it is on our invoices in LARGE print. I ordered a radiator from the 1-800 RADIATOR-Lowell, Ar. location on 2/26, come to find out the radiator wasn't the problem. I called and talked to Christopher on 3/4. He was nice, but didn't seem to really know much, and seemed kinda confused (asked me if THEIR - 520 S. Lincoln Street - address was where I was located, which again it was clearly THEIR ADDRESS). Got everything squared away with out incident or so I thought. Christopher would wind up calling me back 10 minutes later to inform me that according to their warehouse manager and their policy that there

Wish you were allowed to leave zero stars. The customer service and manner that this business conducts itself is ridiculous. I dropped off a radiator to be looked at (not fixed without my authorization)and told them I was only in town to get the radiator fixed for a short amount of time. They told me it would only take 2-3 days to check and it wasn’t a problem. I let them know I would be leaving the state in 14 days. Two months later I receive a call stating that my radiator was finally fixed and instead of apologizing for the total inconvenience they caused me by taking two months to call me, the lady berated me by telling me what a bad person I was for not getting/paying for the radiator immediately (hence I’m out of state with no way to get radiator now).
