I have to hand it to Pavel at Primrose, he made the process of buying a KTM motorcycle phenomenal! I drove 22 hours from Florida to Arkansas to pick it up and I was confident throughout the whole trip due to amazing communication and planning. He offered to take extra pictures, videos, FaceTime me, and made sure I knew everything that was done to the bike and anything that needed a little work on it (it was laid down by the previous owner). I hope he has another bike for me to buy in the future, because I would be buying with 110% confidence. Couldn't recommend them enough!!

Primrose is a class A act there work is as good or better than any auto dealership imo there price point is better than a dealership with Outstanding work and they are prompt and don’t waste your time. Lots of body work and paint work and in and out the door in 4 days ,they strive for an excellence .highly recommed
