Chris Long was a life-saver for us! We purchased a Brinkley travel trailer and a ProPride 3P Trailer Sway Control Hitch. We were traveling from Minneapolis to Springdale, AR. We had the hitch drop-shipped to the RV dealership assuming the service department would be able to perform the installation. Wrong! Come to find out, very few people have knowledge of the ProPride hitch and installation requirements. After connecting with Chris and explaining our situation, he agreed to take on the project. Chris provided us with reassurance, outstanding customer service and dedication to the task. We will be forever grateful. For anything hitch related, Chris with Connected Correctly is your guy!!

I can only give Chris Long a 5-star review because Google won't let me give him a ten-star review. Long story short, Chris repaired a terrible installation by Camping World and did a fantastic job. Between Chris and his wife Greta, I can't say enough about their kindness and professionalism. They are good people.

It’s a rare thing to find this level of dedication before, during and after the job is done. He and his wife help you to select the best products to meet your need. They sent me a video at the end of everyday of the progress made. When completed they schedule an appt for orientation and pickup. He gives you whatever time is needed for you to be comfortable with set up, attachment and detachment. I called this place because I was referred by a local trailer place. I needed trailer brakes installed, and wasn't sure if I needed anything else to tow my camper trailer. I've never towed anything before. Chris spent so much time with me explaining EVERYTHING, overview of the basics, what the parts were called, how they worked, what brands he relied on, from the cheapest option through the expensive one I thought I needed. He didn't sell anything to me. He treated me like he would his own daughter and made sure I understood everything and told me I should tow a little and feel things out before I added anything more than trailer brakes.
