Sent a broken car to them that failed on the weekend on our vacation. They promptly diagnosed the vehicle within 48 hours with a minimal diagnosis fee and made sure to ensure us that we had the option to pursue the manufacturer instead of hoping to gain off the repair themselves. I needed to have my clutch completely replaced on my Ford Focus and was initially quoted from another mechanic for around $4k. They fit me in quickly, and were very nice. At other mechanics, I have had people talk down at me or treat me like I was dumb or naive - I did not have that experience at all here. Will definitely be returning, and recommending others.
