Excellent service team. Mo Abdul did a great job. We were traveling through the area when my check engine light went on. I took a chance and pulled into the Service bay without an appointment. Mo was super friendly, quickly diagnosed the issue and squeezed us in to get have it fixed (despite being very busy for the holidays). Highly recommended.

Saw an ad on the website that looked good, drove to the dealership to find out that I missed some information in the little print that totaled to $2000 of savings. They "tried" to find other discounts but could not come up with any. That made me believe that they did not want to get rid of the ad as destination delivery is $1995 on the tag (tax deduction for the business if they want...well they probably claim it either way if you otlr they pay for it). Anyways, I left and went to test drive some other cars. I'm still looking...

I don't know why I'm not allowed to post pictures, but I'm going to share my experience. My best friend and I have been leasing a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan for the last 3 to 4 years so far. Van was priced at about $18,000 but is a total of around $28,000 from interest. I've been paying $400 a month to lease this van. Had to take the van to Anything Automotive in Rural Valley for them to discover there was an excess amount of transmission fluid present in the van that had to be drained. The transmission has a sealed cap. We've been taking it to get oil changes at Walmart and they do not have access to the sealed cap. This falls back on the dealership. I have the paperwork and the proof. It was either leased to us in this condition, or it happened during our state inspection appointments at t

Horrible customer service. Maybe get some phone/sales training. “Well it’s your fault you didn’t put a down payment down” after the car is sold. Which is fine but pivoting to other options around the same price and style of vehicle would be a much better touch than saying it’s the customers fault. Seeming upset the guest walked and saying it’s their fault the car sold is so unprofessional and seems malicious. Wouldn’t come back to this location with a 10 mile pole. And I don’t want a follow up. Follow up with your employees and fix their ways. You are making the customers run away.

Always had great service here, I have bought two cars here and return here for maintenance too. They always check for recall information and have my information on file to make sure if I need anything done that it gets done. They remodeled not too long ago and the only compliant is that parking is slightly confusing, but at the end of the day, just find a space and they will gladly help you out with whatever you need. Edit: Added a picture of the service hours. Google had their Sales hours listed, most people don't care about that, they want to know the service windows.
