They provided updates while my car was being repaired and had it completed before the estimated repair time. Everyone I spoke to was kind and informative. The repairs look wonderful and I cannot tell that anything was ever damaged. Highly recommend.

Took my vehicle elsewhere after not listening to my concerns. They wanted to move my vehicle to another location within their network for the repairs and I can only assume it was an attempt to charge for an unnecessary tow. The car was drive able. They never even did an estimate for the repairs. So I just picked it up and took it to a completely different dealer. I should have know better, given their terrible reviews on the dealership, that the auto body shop would have been just as terrible.

There is a long wait time to have a vehicle received in for repairs but I was willing to wait. The car needed a rear bumper replaced and took about 1 or 2 days which was nice. The front end of my vehicle appears to have received damage. The wheel well of the front end was torn up.

My car received som hail damage and my insurance company had this place on their list. It took over three months to get in. They had the vehicle for a week and when I picked it up, I was very disappointed. They broke my third brake light during the process and had to order another one. They said it was broken from the hail stones. Not true. I hand washed the car before I took it to them and there was no damage. Also, my beige headliner had dirty hand prints all over it and the manager acted like it was no big deal. I also found screws that were not reinstalled and there are fasteners missing in various places. Very unprofessional. I was warned by a friend not to go here. I should have listened. Customer beware!

I have bought 6 different vehicles from this shop, always good experiences. When I needed repairs, they were top notch. Customer for life.
