FAMILY AUTO REPAIR

Husband went for an inspection and an oil change. Told car wouldn't pass without getting brake pads and rotors changed. Total cost of everything was over $1000 when we were initially expecting to pay $200 at most. The shop is dirty and they left grease marks on our car floor mats. Dan does not come to the shop all the time anymore, so if you are expecting the same level of service as in the past, buyer be ware.

These guys are respectful, organized, professional. I was there for state inspection, quick service and I'm very very happy to have them service my jeep. Very good men here.

Brought my car to this shop which I never heard of or used before for an unknown mechanical issue. Dan immediately found the issue. Dan not only had the needed part the next day, he also installed it and had my car up and running. Dan was also very honest and good with communication. Lastly, Dan was genuine and stated he could get a used part for a fraction of the cost if I wanted which was cool. Will definitely use them again for my mechanical needs. Thank you.

My company uses a different mechanic for our fleet vehicles I prefer to use family Auto it's very rare that you have to wait for an appointment they just fix my brakes when I showed up always Fair they will not do any of the work until they tell you how much it will be and I appreciate that they're very honest about what they do and they're excellent excellent mechanics but I know nowadays it's hard to find one that's actually going to do a great job in stand behind their work but this place is like that they do excellent work I have used them for my company vehicle and my personal vehicles and I will just not take my vehicles any other place I highly highly recommend this place to anyone so if you need a good mechanic this is the place 100%

Came in to get radiator replaced , they said I should also get the thermostat replaced (literally a 30$ part) they quoted me 350$ including labor to replace just the thermostat when they already had the radiator out etc and coulda done it in ten minutes. I ended up doing it myself and it took me less than an hour and costed me 60$ with coolant. Don’t come here. They clearly overcharge and are unhonest and very unorganized.
