This is the best service I’ve ever received. Shawn really did a great job at getting me help after I accidentally blew two tires in an accident. It was bad outside and they were busy but he still took the time to help me out. The tires are good, and they also fixed my lights in my car that I’ve been having issues with for months. Most places now a days make u feel like you’re an inconvenience but these guys made me feel welcome and that they didn’t mind helping me out. They even gave me a great price. Way way less than what I usually pay for tires!
Used to be our go-to shop for tires but something has changed. We had Ball joints and tie rods replaced in December 2024 by Highland Tire Alignment shop and our bill includong new front tire was over $1200. After a lot of vibration and total wear of the front tires, my husband discovered that they never tightened the bolts. We had to get the tires replaced again, and were charged full price for the tires. In Fall of 2025, the whole front end had to be redone again due to the faulty work.. Highland tire discussed this with my husband and we're going to align the truck for free and give him a free set of tires after the fact for the inconvenience even though that didn't begin to cover the cost. After being checked in from 8a-9:30a, I asked the guy at the counter for a time estimate, and he was snarky, asking if I saw how many cars were there. Then I told him I had to work, and he said they would *get it done today.* So I said he might as well give me my keys back then, and after that statement he said it'll only be 25 minutes. My tires had already been paid for, otherwise I would have left.
I’m one of the many motorists who got a shard of metal in my tire. They fixed my tire quickly and then gave me a carnation. It made my day!
