Was in the middle of Louisiana at 9pm at night and broke down. Had no idea what to do. I called 121 Towing because I knew them. Jana got on the phone and found me a tow truck that could come get me off the highway in 30 minutes! She is absolutely Amazing!!!!

So I broke down on the side of the road. I’m from Charlotte NC and Jana went above and beyond. She really went out of her way to help us. If I ever need a tow and am in the area they are the ones I would call. Thank you so much!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Disgusting people that work here. The driver, I believe his name was Efran, was so rude, cursed at me in front of my daughter, talked to me like I was so stupid and less than. Horrible service. Do not recommend.
