The temperature outside was 10°. They came right on time like they said they would be. The assessed the situation with the truck and let me know that it needed further repair at a dealership. Rather than leaving and going on to the next assignment, the mechanic was gracious enough to give me a ride to the nearest hotel so that I wouldn't have to be there at the truck freezing to death.
