Toby was super helpful when I needed a new tire. I wasn’t sure of the best brand or what size I needed to he pointed me in the right direction. He ordered my tire while we were on the phone and mounted it the next day. I had called 5 other places but chose this location because they were the kindest and most helpful compared to anyone else. I’ll definitely be back.

Wasn't happy this time. I drive from Wilmington to have this place do my oil change because I've always been satisfied with them. My low tire light was on and they didn't put air in my tire. And I'm pretty sure they used to rotate my tires. That wasn't done either. They did nothing but the oil change. I'll be looking for a different place.

I had an issue with my 2011 Chevy Equinox being 3 alerts on my dashboard. Washington C H facility diagnosed and found the problem. Repair was done in minimal time and cost efficient. I'd recommend anyone to use their service.

I went into get a spare tire on my car the guy sitting behind The desk proceeded to tell me that they don’t put spare tires in the wrong car that I was driving he said they usually throw a can of fix a flat and a jack in there, which was totally not correct. He didn’t even get out of his chair from behind the desk and go look at my car or my tire. I ended up with a flat tire on the side of the road in 15° weather with my 87-year-old mother on my way back to Cleveland airport thank you for being so unhelpful on the evening of December 14th 2025

Highly recommend. They were very honest and up front with my situation. Will definitely go back if needed.
