AWESOME experience at this location! I was traveling with my horse trailer. had been on the road for 7 hours, thankfully no horse on board, but had a blowout just off the exit. I pulled in and these guys took me right away! not only replaced tire, but checked others. Found one other that looked bad. Replaced it too. Had me on the road in less than 45 minutes! Super friendly and actually took the time to read instructions on the proper torque for the nuts on my trailer tires! I am super impressed! This shows great work ethic, happy workers and good management! Well done and THANK YOU!!!!

Best experience ever. I was in a bind. They did full diagnostic, and they addressed a simple problem that saved my life. No Charge. I can’t thank these guys enough.

They over tightened and then tried to get it out at the next oil change using an impact driver, hammer and screw driver, and other removal tools. They had to replace the bolt with a completely different sized 17mm bolt plug. Now they (Jacob Coverdale Gen Mgr) claim this indenting of the tank could not have been them and that that is not how it looked when it left. They didn't even take time to look at the vehicle, yet denied it. They were the only ones to have touched it the last two oil changes. There is nothing else damaged around it. It sits under an engine covering shield, which helps keep road debris out. I am having to push this further up to corporate because they will not fix their damage.
