I can't believe the service. I have been taking my vehicles here for years. Hopefully the oil was changed. I had to ask if tires were OK. He came back an ask me if my tire light was on, No, well their fine then. REALLY. He didn't even put caps back on tight. I won't be back. I will go out of town. Or Walmart. Discount tire even. What's the deal are you getting a kick back on the help.

Went to get an oil change on my 2022 honda civic and they did not want to do the oil change because I have a skid plate, never had that problem before ever at any other location, the techs here definitely have never really worked on a car before if they think a skid plate won't come off on an almost brand new car that's well maintained, absolutely worst "techs" I've ever heard of. Chillicothe is definitely worth the drive if you need good service.

It is Saturday, February 1st and I came to get my oil changed. Hours posted on their website are Saturday from 8 am to 3pm. It is 12:40 pm and they are closed and said they will be back in Monday. I have also attached a photo of their posted hours. So this is false advertisement.

Quick and helpful service! Staff have always been helpful and upfront. Best place in town if you need your oil changed quick!

As a former manager, decades ago of a Valvoline IOC, it was great to see the standards and service expectation of the brand haven't changed!!! Good service, great staff!!!
