My experience here went pretty smoothly! The staff were nice, quick and efficient. Was able to recover my car the same day
If I could give them ZERO stars I definitely would! They are rude for no reason , and can care less about anything other than getting you out their face ! Would NEVER in my life recommend them !
Was legally parked at Food Lion on Dorchester Rd. Truck was towed and I was charged $250 for the tow plus $30 a day for storage. They are closed on the weekends and they give you between 10 am and 11 am to come get your vehicle or it's another $30! I get paid every two weeks and $30 x 14 is an extra $420 I simply couldn't afford! So I just got my plates off my vehicle and decided to just buy another vehicle!

These guys are rude and they're not willing to help you locate your vehicle nor do they return phone calls. Make sure you have your wallet with you and it's full of cash. But hopefully you won't have to deal with these guys
