I definitely recommend 1st Choice Wrecker Service. I sunk my 4x4 truck in the back yard and gave 1st Choice Wrecker a call and they came out fast and had me back on the road in no time and at a fair price. Great people and great service!
Made an appointment to get my vehicle at the Kountze location. However the driver was making a delivery into Houston and had to wait several hours. However, he called me when he was near, we signed the papers and I was able to get my vehicle. He was very polite!!
Due to unforseen circumstances my car was towed. I just wanted to say thank you to the owners for working with me so i was able to afford getting my car back. First choice is by far the best tow company i have ever dealt with. I will recommend them to anyone looking for their services.
Ronnie is great! Very accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dropped my car from Silsbee to Beaumont at mechanic and even gave me a ride home. Real deal nice guy right here. I will definitely be recommending him to others. Thanks, Ron.
Locked my keys in the car! Used my roadside assistance to help me and they attempted to get several companies out to me and no one was in the area. I googled wrecker services myself after waiting several hours..(Thank God I was at home when all this happened) and 1st Choice had excellent reviews.
