Everyone is extremely nice. They have a nice comfortable place to sit and wait while your vehicle is getting worked on. No one is too pushy when it comes to buying a vehicle. This makes it even more easy to purchase because the salesman actually hear what you are looking for and not trying to push you into something you dont want. Found a used Sequoia online at Silsbee Toyota, reasonably priced. James Redd made the process of purchasing super easy and fast, with no BS.
