I was just visiting Texas when my truck was due for maintenance. I called and got an appointment the same day. I arrived early, but they were able to get me in right away. Thank you to everyone who made this an easy process. I was in and out within an hour.

Customer Service here is A+++ Mason went out of his way to help me get into a rental car after my car broke down. Warranty repair took several days due to a part being on back order but he kept me informed throughout the entire process. Courteous and professional, Mason and the Team here have earned Silsbee Toyota Service Dept a great reputation!

The associates inside the service building were extremely nice and helpful. The services performed on my car were good as far as I can tell but, the mechanics set there elbow (with grease on it) on my center console and left a black grease elbow print in the cloth. The associates inside were very apologetic and scheduled a cleaning for the first opening. Unfortunately, they did not get the grease out nor did I get a call back in reference of what I could use to get it out. I am currently looking for another facility to continue the maintenance on my car. Not because they were not nice but because I would like a dealership that covers these areas while working on my car so I don't have another issue like this in the future and I don't want to have to ask for this to be done whenever they s

The service department here does good work. I bring two Toyotas here regularly. If you're looking for an amazing service advisor, Mason is there to take care of you. Five stars for him every time. Appointments can sometimes run long, so I'm always sure to bring a book or some work with me. (They have free wifi that works.) Today's service took a lot less time than I figured, though, so you never know. My one complaint is that they do charge extra if you pay with a credit card. I can understand Mom & Pop shops doing that, but for a car place, where certain repairs can naturally be pretty expensive, it only makes sense to allow credit card purchases with no additional fee. Wait time was a little longer than usual but I was okay with that. I was only informed of needing new front brake pads; nothing else. Then I received a call wanting me to come get multiple things done. I had no clue what they were referring to. Normally the service person comes out & talks with me, even bringing the filters that need changing to show me the need. This did not happen, so I figured they didn’t check the cabin air filter. But, obviously they did because I was asked about changing it (on the phone call). Also shortly after that visit my glove box started falling open. On checking it, I discovered that, obviously when the service person checked the filter, he didn’t get the bracket (on one side of the box) aligned with the bar it goes across. Instead he/she just jammed it in
