Phase 2 Automotive

I would like to bring to attention about a company in this region by the name of PHASE 2 automotive out of silsbee tx ran by a fella by the name of Tanner Markham. We brought a vehicle to them to be exact a 2014 f250 that was having problems with the ccv filter and all the seals blown. This man and reputable company assured me they would get it straight in in NOVEMBER they did not get finished with the job till the following middle of january. Appon picking truck up from PHASE 2 automotive (Tanner markham) there was a code still on dash cluster he cleared it that day turned around 7500 miles later had to bring it back to him because the upper oil pan had started leaking again (something he fixed) Long story short was supposed to be a 5000$ job wich turned out leaving there with a bill of o

I would highly recommend this automotive shop to anyone . They do it all from diesels to gas vehicles etc . So I called phase 2 and told them I would to swap my transmission from a 4l60e to 4l80e because the 60e had pretty much exploded as shown in the pics . I asked if they could do it and they said they could do it . They came and picked my truck from my house brought it back to the shop . That day they sent over an estimate to the the job and from me to authorize which I did everything was very detailed on what they was doing . The next day the transmission was out and the new one was in . At this point we was waiting on parts for the the swap to be fully functional. During this time they told me my rear pinion seal was leaking and sent me pictures of it . So they did the repeat steps

I took my truck in after it was diagnosed at the dealership of having a rod thrown through the motor. The mechanic / owner diagnosed my vehicle and was able to give me exactly what the dealer was offering for $14,000 less. With less money did not come less quality. The gentleman kept me abreast on exactly what happened to my vehicle and step-by-steps on what they worked on on my vehicle and when it was going to be ready. Phase 2 is always quick to get our vehicles in, fixed, and back to us when we need them. They're also quick to let us know what's wrong and get us a price. They're honest and professional at what they do. Highly recommend!
