Note: Blocked me on Facebook when I left a bad honest review... Screwed us over multiple times. Replaced the wheel bearing on the wrong side then refused to fix it and make it right giving us a wimpy discount. We went in to get the front right wheel bearing and a rear control arm done. We told Cam over the phone what parts needed changing and once again confirmed it when we handed the keys over the day we dropped it off. Cam then joked over the phone when we called to ask if it was finished yet saying it was and how his mechanic didn't know what side the control arm went on and he told him to do whichever side he thinks same with the wheel bearing then proceeds to tell us its OUR fault because he can't remember what side I told him but he can somehow remember making that statement about h

Very poor service!! Sold a car to our daughter with a previously patched rusty subframe. She contacted them and they replaced it at a discount so thought they were OK. Then they replaced a part on the wrong side of the car. She contacted them and explained this. They said that that was on them and they would make it right. She made the appointment to do this. She waited a whole month for this appointment. When she contacted them to confirm this appointment and to see if they could also replace something else at the same visit Cam was very rude and said it was her word against his and that she never specified which side to put the part on. Total BS!! Buyer beware!!! Also if you leave a bad review on their Facebook page they block you!! Great reaction to someone's honest review!!

Took my Audi for an oil change and had a great experience. Service was quick as I could wait in their comfortable lounge area. They used the filter from Audi and used full synthetic. Car is running great and will be going here again for their services!
