Smart Towing LLC was the provider assigned to a recent tow/removal of my old vehicle. I received a call from the driver, Keegan, to confirm the scheduling. He was polite over the phone, arrived on time, got my car hooked up efficiently, provided me with any information I needed, and was consistently friendly throughout the process. I would recommend this provider to anyone seeking a reputable company for their towing needs, and I will call them again for any potential future towing needs of my own.

We were in the midst of traveling for family emergency when our vehicle broke down at a rest area on I95. Several tow companies wouldn't accept the call, as it was a Sunday, and it would be about 200 miles one way. Smart Towing took the call and helped ease our minds. Driver was clean, professional and courteous-he even kept in contact with updates. Highly recommend. Would absolutely recommend and would use Smart Towing LLC services again should the need arise.

Layth is great guy. Great service. Great price. They towed a car for me from an IAA Lot and held it for me until late at night. I was flying from Indiana to pick the car up but my flight got delayed and I couldn’t get there before 5pm. He gave me his home address where I went and pick up the keys and title for the car pass 10pm. He even loaned me a jump box to jump the car. He went far and beyond in assisting me! Was locked out of my car, it was chilly and really late, they were the ones that came to help! Fast work!, communication was A+, the driver was timely and kind and the owner? Guy in charge, took time to call and make sure I was safe and that he would make sure his driver stayed in touch! He was on vacation! And still took time out of his night to let me know his driver was on his way and that he would call me! Even called back to make sure I made it home safe! Thank you guys!!!
