I had an excellent experience at VIP Tires and Service thanks to Mario. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. Mario made sure my car was taken care of quickly and correctly, and his customer service was top-notch from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who’s both honest and efficient, and Mario is exactly that. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for him again. Highly recommend! Just look for the guy with the great beard

Joshua at VIP in Gorham, ME was very pleasant, answered all my questions easily, and noted of the information I asked for on my account and receipt, for future reference. Thanks for taking care of my vehicle. Also the newly remodeled waiting area looks very nice!

The service writers are always friendly and helpful although there seems to be a constant turn around of them. The most current ones have been there the last few times I’ve been in. It seems my service usually takes longer than it should. I am always happy with the results though.

Went to the Gorham location and was cutting it close on time to get new tires. They were able to work with me and squeeze me in at the end of the day. Bruce was professional and very helpful in finding me the correct tires for my situation.

The guy Josh threatened me after I said my car wasn't working he gave me his address and said come fight me which was a threat. He's a total weirdo don't ever get your car repaired there. I explained to him I just needed my car fixed he flipped out it was supposed to be inspected and they not only didn't bother they said I needed to come back for bogus reasons. It's a state inspection sticker which is totally illegal to mess up on their part. I told them this 5 times before they brought it into the shop for the day too.
