278 Auto Wash and Detailing

So far I have been very disappointed. 3 or 4 phone calls were answered promptly and professionally, or so I thought. No one showed for the scheduled appointment and the prompt phone attention has disappeared. This must be an untrained individual that doesn’t understand business. Probably worked at a car wash and thought that just washing vehicles was enough knowledge. Businesses require customer service. I am curious as to how you make money if you don’t show up for appointments and then not have the common curtesy to answer the phone when I’m waiting all day or return the phone call. I think I understand why you pretend to own a car wash business, because the way you pretend to work I can’t believe you could hold a job anywhere for very long.
