3 Minute Car Wash

I had a disappointing experience. My card wasn’t working, so I was trying one more time while also looking for another card. I mentioned I would try one last time, but the employee told me “no more” and gave me a rude look. It was my first time coming here because I thought it was closer and planned to make it my go-to car wash, but unfortunately that won’t be the case anymore. Please try to treat customers kindly—it truly goes a long way.

Yo bro wouldn’t let me throw my trash cause I didn’t go through the car wash? Which I was gonna go use it after I cleaned the inside but he had an attitude with me and stood outside his business staring at me while I was putting trash in a bag from my car. Weird customer service to be honest. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Thanks :)

I observed some residual soap marks and a considerable amount of dirt remaining on my vehicle. When I attempted to bring this to the attendant's attention, he promptly became agitated, disregarded my comments, and expressed dissatisfaction regarding my use of three towels instead of two. He assisted in cleaning a few areas before he walked off saying nothing. I should have taken pictures but I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible.

1 Star Review – Very Poor Customer Service I stopped by 3 Minute Car Wash today and had a very disappointing experience. I chose the $7 wash, and when I pulled up to the tunnel, the employee looked at me and said, “You only paid $7 dollars,” in a rude tone. I said yes, unsure why it mattered, and he just turned around and refused to hand me the drying towel he was holding. When I came out of the tunnel, he and another employee just stood there staring at me by the vacuum area. I opened my door and said, “Yes, sir?” to see if they had something to say, but they turned away and ignored me. It felt like they didn’t want to let me vacuum my car. I wasn’t planning to vacuum anyway since I was in a hurry, but the attitude was completely unprofessional. Very rude staff and unacceptable custome

Cheap prices and amazing employees! Buffed the scratches off my car while I was busy vacuuming, was the best surprise and almost made me cry how that little kind act can go a long way! Will be my main car wash now
