I totally goofed up and went to pick up my wife’s car before it was ready… and these guys tore it up to get her out of there ASAP even though it was my mistake. I appreciate this shop and actually just got my inspection done there today! Will, Mike & George all do right by me. Recommend.

I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received at 5 Points Auto in Blue Bell, PA! I needed a comprehensive check of my vehicle before a major relocation drive to Tampa, and they went above and beyond. Vince and Luigi made sure my car had a completed a thorough inspection, addressing every concern, and finished the work expediently. Was coming in from out of time and a cop told me my back lights were all out. My grandma pointed us towards 5 points and we went. The place was closed when we arrived but William Davis, the service manager was outside. He fixed my lights despite being closed. It was the kindest gesture. My grandma and I are so grateful. Moments like that are worth writing a little review for. Thanks so much Mr. Davis, you are such a great individual. I am so grateful for your help today!

A few days ago, my friend and I tried to fix a flat tire of my snow thrower, but failed. We brought the wheel to 5Points Automotive Center. The gentleman at the front desk immediately took in our wheel and fixed the flat tire with their powerful machine. The guy didn't charge me when I offered to pay for his help. It is a nice place worth visiting.

Had a coolant leak which appeared to be from the cooler for the transmission on my Ford Escape. Had to wait 2 days for the cooler part to come in. After it arrived, when removing the old cooler, they realized that it was not defective, but the leak came from a "bushing" connecting piece. Not needing to replace the cooler saved me $300.
