I Bought an Dodge Interceptor last year. I returned it to 94 Auto Haus to have work done to it.(Things as simple the dip stick holder for the oil pan) They would tell me they fixed the things I requested but all along they weren't doing anything to the vehicle. Mike and Steve seem like very nice guys but honestly and good customer service doesn't really seem to apply to them and 94 Auto Haus! (Good actors is more like it!) Needless to say the car's motor completely lock up in less than 90 days!! I was stuck still paying the note for this car! My opinion is that they're CROOKS!! I will never buy another car from them! If you're smart? You won't either!!! Place is joke! 😔

bought a subaru from here back in april and within the first month had to put about $2.5k in multiple repairs that wasn’t disclosed at the time of sale. a little less than a month after repairing all of that my car completely stopped turning on resulting in me having to have the car towed to a subaru dealership where it took them about a week to try and figure out what was the issue. there was a 3rd party remote start that was installed incorrectly and was causing problems with the cars computer system costing me over $500 to have removed so my car would start again. the salesman at the dealership lowered the price of the car without me even asking and kept calling himself the “most honest salesman” which ig should have been the red flags… love my car but i’ve put about 1/2 of what i paid
