They did fix my problem when my car stop moving forward said it was loose bolts. But the transmission light came on again as well as the etc light , now I took it back a second time for the light being on. Said my car was ready for pick up and literally after 2 hours of driving it the light came on immediately. They are horrible at responding and letting people know how long their cars are gonna be in there. Communication can honestly be ALOT better. I feel like they just turn off the lights. Like how you can when you’re trying to beat an admissions test in Atlanta. They can just turn the lights off even tho the problem still arises. Bad communication. Cannot repair issues effectively.

After an initial mishap and incredible frustration the auto service turned out to be wonderful. They were willing to admit their mistake, fix it and not charge me the deductible for the second go round. When shown they lacked communication with me as a customer they fixed that as well, giving ample updates during the repairs. I will continue to view them as people deserving of my business as I would anyone that is willing to go above and beyond to improve their services for their customers. My car is running great and for that I am thankful for A&A and the team there.

10 out of 10 would not recommend. They took a full week in a half to fix the ABS module on my car and after waiting all that time I come to get the car because they said it was ready, just for it to be worst than it was when I gave it to them. I told them this and they said they can put the OLD ABS module on the vehicle in 5 days which would have been that Tuesday. The communication skills suck also they do not know what they are doing. Sorry not sorry.
