A+ Auto Glass

Literally I’m the biggest procrastinator in the world cause I DEFINITELY needed to replace my windshield (peep the before and after photos 🥲). Anyways I was telling one of my friends about needing to replace it asap but I just don’t have time since i work in office everyday. That’s when he referred me to this shop in palo alto and wow it was the quickest and easiest process ever! Gave them a quick call and David was so sweet with walking me through the step by step process. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Henry was awesome. He did a great job and had wonderful service. He came out to my work during the time specified and fixed the regulator in the window. I would definitely use them again!

Amazing service. I loved that they have mobile service so they were able to come to my home to do the fix and I didn’t have to drive somewhere with a broken windshield. I basically googled the best Tesla Model Y windshield replacement service in Palo Alto and this place popped up. The customer service was amazing!! They picked up the phone on the first ring and David was so helpful. I admit I was a little stressed with everything but he calmly walked me through setting up insurance and making an appointment for the mobile service on the same day! Hopefully my windshield never cracks again, but if it does…I know who to call :)

Henry assessed the issue with my car very quickly and set me up to have my issue with my window fixed within the next day or two. For the time being my window is up and good to go.
