Oil Changers

Went to get my oil changed here and last night all the oil drained on my driveway. They did not close the drain valve correctly resulting in the leakage and almost destroyed my motor. I have been calling them for hours and the phone says it’s busy. Called the customer service line and seems like they only have one person named Micheal that takes calls which has not answered yet. I need a refund and tow truck compensation since you guys refuse to answer the phone.

Santiago and his team were very informative and helpful. Service was quick and easy. Though we can choose from many other locations and vendors we choose to come all the way from San Mateo to this location in Mt. View because of the great customer service we get from Santiago and his team each time. Highly recommended.

The team at Oil Changers made the whole process quick and stress-free, and they took the time to explain what they were doing without any pressure or upselling. You can tell they really care about doing the job right and treating customers well. For someone who doesn’t know a ton about cars or wants to know they’re working with honest people, get your oil changed here. Not only did they give me advice about what was best for my car, they didn’t try and upsell me on anything they knew wasn’t needed. A business with integrity is tough to find these days, but this one certainly fits that bill. Won’t get my oil changed anywhere else as long as Oil Changers is an option.
