Had a car towed to their shop that I purchased at nearby auction house to get checked over and make ready for a long drive to its new home up north. Within hours of its drop-off, they called to inform the car had been in a flooded - engine was locked & interior ruined! I was in shock with the news. Said he felt bad for me and not to worry as would be no charge for the inspection. Week plus later, had the vehicle returned to seller with agreement the sale would be rescinded. A Expert Tire & Service declined my offer of payment for their inspection services and vehicle storage while at their premise. What other business would to that for me, a total stranger? This business has proven there is at least one wonderfully professional, honest, kind, helpful, understanding, 'top-notch' tire

Brought my truck in to remove whole lift kit and an alignment and discussed verifying vehicle stability/suspension for damage and repair after hitting a curb. I had a positive camber lean on the passenger front wheel. I requested a price quote for the service and parts for everything. None of this happened. -I waited two days, never got a quote, I got a sudden call the work was done. -Stability light is still on. They stated I needed a dealership reset. I already knew that was incorrect. -They only removed my front spacers for the lift kit. I requested all of it. The ticket states, "remove body lift kit." Not just front spacers. -No road test. Steering wheel wobbles and vehicle pulls to the right. Vehicle "groans and shudders" when curving left. -No inspection, repairs, parts installed to

Called to see if they will mount 4 new tires on 21inch and 22inch factory size wheels for a bmw x5. Quoted 100$ a tire totalling 400$ for just labor. Called bmw dealer got a quote for 70$ a tire. Do your research before coming, some old corner shop wants to charge more than a specialist dealer. When asked why is it so much got told to take it somewhere else. Will do, and you should too.

Got a set of 33s on my truck and they got them done quick. Very impressed and the guy up front was awesome will be going again.
