Terrible Customer Service. Always Giving me the run around. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE.

If you get into an accident just trying to release your vehicle to your insurance company if your car is In their possession they will give u the run around . Even if you call ahead stating you’ll be there a certain time to grab your belongings they will make you wait 30 minutes plus to retrieve anything from your car . Highly unprofessional it’s like I’m already in an enough pain due to my accident and they make stuff more difficult then what it needs to be . And whatever female answers the phone has horrible customer service its like an automated telephone service will give you better customer service than their receptionist.

They are abaolutely HORRIBLE!!! Awful customer service, dismissive, ive seen qnd heard horrible things about how employees are treated "less than", and things go missing from customers cars even before being impounded. Prices are way too high!! Never will i go to this joke of an establishment again!!

If I could give them no stars I would. The website says “Whether your car has stalled or you have been in an accident, the friendly drivers at A & M Towing” friendly my ass. The drivers are so disrespectful and don’t want to do their jobs. Just care about taking your money. Even the business next door at the NB location said he is sorry that every customer has a hard time dealing with them.

I wish I could give them zero stars...this is a crooked company. They aim to capitalize off your misfortune. My truck was towed 1.9 miles down the road where it broke down. They charged 300 plus for tow and cleaning. When in CT tow fee is 125 plus the 1st 2miles free. They take cash because of the shady business dealings maybe to under report their earnings. If you want to use a card they make the process difficult. If you can use another company please do it will save you the headache. Horrible experience. No wonder they ratings are below 3stars. It's really bad.
