A One Auto Repair

Our truck broke down on a Saturday afternoon. Had it towed to AOne after hours. They got it in and diagnosed by end of day MONDAY! They offered options for different parts that may save a few bucks, which I appreciated. The diag was apparently pretty simple, so they didn’t even charge me a diagnostic charge. My truck was done and ready by Tuesday!!! Fast service. Fair prices.

This was the best auto-shop experience I’ve ever had in Missouri. I saved $1000 at least coming here instead of the place I went to first with my car. They are so kind on the phone, so kind with their pricing, and so quick too. It’s just the right way to do business, and I’m a proud customer. They’ve earned me and my family’s business for a long, long time. They’re amazing.

Took the car there to get it looked at and fixed, they gave a diagnostic test and told us all the problems which ran to be around 3k. Not even a week later the car stopped working, we brought it back, they now say it needs a new engine. Engines don’t go bad in a week. So instead of telling us the engine wasn’t any good, they just told us other problems that would cost less so it would guarantee them income. It’s that or they never fully checked out the car like I wanted them too.

Came here for an Emissions and Safety Inspection for my vehicle. Matt in the front office was super polite and helpful, and when technical issues were causing problem, they worked around it and had me going in no time. They’re knowledgeable and tell you how it is. Will definitely will come back in the future.

It’s a well run repair shop tucked away off of the outer road. They were able to take me in last minute for an emissions test. It’s good to call ahead these days and inquire about safety / emission tests. Some shops are having issues with their machine or don’t have a certified individual to perform it… A One was very quick with the test, no issues. They run a tow truck business out of the property as well, so just drive past the trucks to get to the metal building.
