This place is trash. My husband and I came in to get a used tire and to have the others filled with air. They told us they had two used tires in stock, so we waited two hours. Then they said our car was ready. We asked if they filled the other tires with air, and they said no, so we had to wait even longer. The guy came back in and said there was a leak in the “new” used tire. I jokingly told them, “Please don’t pull some slick stuff and just patch a hole.” (Not knowing they actually would do that) They came back again and said the car was ready. When we asked what the problem was, they said the valve stem was leaking and that they replaced it. When we went outside, the patch was sitting right on top of the tire. They are liars and schemers.

This place is awesome and definitely will be getting future business from us. We were told by another automotive repair shop that we needed to replace our rear brakes and quoted $600. A&R not only quoted us $150 less but when they did look at the car they let us know our brakes were still in good condition and did not need to be replaced yet. It’s hard to find mechanics as honest as that nowadays.

I broken down (break caliper came loose) Friday night close by. I called the shop early Saturday and got my car there by 9. They had many other people coming in or were already working on cars. They were able to get my car fixed (even the sway bar) by 2 pm the same day. Great customer service. Just being there for a bit and watching their interactions with new or long time customers was a joy. Not some corporate joke of a place that tries to upsell you but a place that gets you in and out the best they can for a fair price. 1000% recommended.

I took my car in to have a check engine light and squeaky brakes checked out, and found them to be very thorough and helpful, and competitive with their prices for repairs. As a courtesy, Mo even brought out his office heater for me to use in the waiting room on a very cold day, which was greatly appreciated! I will trust my car with them again!

Called last minute, Mo was able to squeeze me in and take care of me. Amazing customer service and care, 10/10 would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for work done on their car
