A-Towing Service

Called this business to retrieve my vehicle last Monday. Customer service is poor, Tony did not communicate they require cash-only. One could guess taxes for cash only business (wink, wink). There is no ATM on site, one can be provided easily. Digital transactions like debit card or Venmo is normal. Restrictive business hours do not allow working people to retrieve vehicles. It obviously leads to increased charges to the customers which is good for Tony, bad for customers. I requested the name of the person who requested the tow, and he could not respond. It may have been deceitful as far as I know. 0 star rating.

I placed a call for a tow truck at approximately 5:30 a.m. During the wait time we were stranded in our vehicle with no heat in -4 degree weather, under an active extreme weather advisory. We called twice for an ETA but was told by Collin there was a 60-90min wait. Due to the length of the delay and concern for our safety, a sheriff had to stop and confirm that help was actually on the way. SHORTLY AFTER Josh arrived at 8am. Nearly TWO and HALF HOURS later. Josh had let us know that he was told about the call minutes before he came. We paid a price of $235 for a 40 minute drive.

The were onsite in 15min. The gentleman was professional and efficient, had my Transit 250 freed from the mud in no time at all!!!

Went there to pick up my car and the man running yard was super friendly and nice. Besides being helpful about all the business at hand with my car, he was kind to my children and allowed them to eat the cookies they were eyeing and even let them take some trinkets from his desk.

Reasonable price tow, friendly customer service and driver! Would recommend and use again! Edited to add my driver was not only friendly, but kind. I called more than a couple times needing a time estimate and clarification on where to drop it off and he was very communicative and nice. I will use this company again if I have issues in the future. Thanks!
