A1 Anacortes Towing

Don't trust these guys. Totally rude and disrespectful. Called me about an hour ago after Geico put in the request for a tow and he claimed my vehicle needed collision work. I told him a few times this was not the case. He said he'll be over here in 15 minutes. I came downstairs and was waiting for him. He didn't even call me or ring my doorbell, he just briefly knocked. He didn't even give me 45 seconds to come to the door (I'm looking at the time stamp of the Ring video between when he knocked on the door, and when I answered. Literally less than 45 seconds). Me being cordial and kind and saying hello, stepping out, he saw me in my driveway and yet he pulled out and started driving away. I thought he didn't see me or something and went out in the middle of the street jumping up and down

Erik was extremely kind and professional. He was able to get my car dropped off earlier than expected at the dealership. He and I chatted quite a bit and he was very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend him for all your towing needs!

Eric is the man! I drove into a ditch and he got me out in a jiffy. He loves the military and his customer service proves that. Thanks yall!

The drivers name was Eric she showed up and started throwing around my brother’s dirt bike and started just trashing. Absolutely, everything had a very poor attitude and started cussing me, and everybody else on the property around out.
