AAA Car Care Center

I’ve been going to this AAA location on and off for a few years now and the service has consistently been good. Mike and Steven were both professional and attentive, keeping me informed along the way as I waited for the inspection and assessment. Steven was thorough in outlining the condition of my vehicle, explaining needed Vs recommended services and more. I would recommend this store and staff.

Great service experience with Brandy. I called before I came to make sure I could be serviced on a busy Saturday. He only asked that I bring my patience. Had an oil change, new battery installed, tire rotation and bulb replacement. Arrived about 11am, ready to go by 1pm. I'll come back to this location when needed.

Great employees at this location, from the front of the house to the mechanic. They upheld an online coupon I had and also report the services to CarFax. My only complaint was that it took over 1.5 hours for my oil change and tire rotation even though I had an appointment.

I went to the care care division and they were so very friendly, kind and mostly helpful. It was within 30 minutes of them closing and they worked me in and got me out rather quickly.

They took good care of our 2020 Ford Escape. They fixed the check engine light, helped us navigate the AAA extended warranty and did our annual inspection. We are very pleased with the service at this AAA location
