The AAA car repair services were very bad. The staff seemed not well trained and “cold”. Do not do car repairs with AAA car care Center, even you are a AAA member. My car had passenger side window not go up problem, and they charged $170 for diagnostic and did not tell you the $170 can not be applied for repair. They asked $437 for parts (regulator) and labor to fix it, and claimed the $170 diagnostic can not applied for repair cost. So, if I do the repair, the total cost ($610) will be as high as the Honda dealer.

Wow! Big shout out to Justin and Shawn - after several years and multiple headlight lens cleanings, I decided to get pricing on new headlight assemblies for my 2004 Toyota Highlander. After searching for best pricing the cost came in much more than I was planning on spending. Justin and Shawn came out to the car and looked and agreed that they thought they could get the lens to look much better...so I agreed and left the car. The next day we came back to pick up the car and was shocked as can be seen in the photo...my wife said "I thought you decided against buying new headlights" ...they have not looked this good in years. The facility is very neat and clean. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though my vehicle was rejected it was still a pleasant transaction. All in all it was a good experience.

I will be updating this with photos here shortly. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless they are going here for just a tire or oil change or basic maintenance. Went here bc I had an axle snap and AAA recommended it when I was getting it towed. They mentioned they replaced the axles but the only thing unsafe was the tire. Long story short take it to my normal mechanic and my whole front subframe is rusted out. And I mean rusted in half so it was a ticking time bomb and I could hear the clunking when turning. The car was definitely not safe to drive in any way shape or form. But mind you they did mention it was rust, but didn't take the time to actually diagnose or look into it. Stay far away from this place. Twice they have taken advantage of me. The first time they recommended replacing things that turned out didn't need replacing. I left having the same issue as when I arrived. I didn't find out until I took it to another mechanic that I needed need what they said I needed. That mechanic fixed the issue in half a day for under $100. At the same time, we took my girl's vehicle in as well and they tried to do the same thing but I stopped the work because I found out about the first issue. I brought this up to management and they didn't care, said a rep would reach out. That never happened. I realized I got screwed. It is what it is. I'll eat it.
