This car wash used to be good. The past 2 times I've used it, it's left my car a mess. The first time, the brush didn't even touch the back of my car. This second time, it didn't even wash my car off. I want a full refund from the company. It is going to ruin my car to have suds left on it in the cold and I don't have access to a hose. I tried banging on the office door but no one is there and they don't answer the phone. Don't go here unless you want to waste your money and ruin your car.
