I received very professional and efficient service from Ethan. He was courteous and has great communication skills. And above all, he was professional in every way. When I returned a few days later he quickly checked my car’s fluid levels and the tire’ pressure. He made minor corrections in both for no additional charge. I’ll definitely be back.
We recently moved from out of state and we have already visited Wayne Soehngen twice. We were skeptical being from out of town and all, but what an incredible experience. He was knowledgeable, patient, honest and super friendly. They are not over priced and will be completely honest of what you need and what you don’t. Definitely recommend! He’s won our business!
These guys are the BEST. Wayne is always personable and gets my three cars in and out whenever I need something. Most recently, Cooper helped me with a last minute repair I stopped in for to make an appointment for a later date but had my vehicle on the road within a few hours. Convenient to where I work and trustworthy is the perfect combination for me!
Jae was professional and courteous. He let me know about a dirty air filter I had and replaced it for a fair price. I've had a good experience every time I've come here. Quick and no nonsense, highly recommended!
At Midlothian VA. At the Kroger center Express oil change Ethan did an exceptional job he even told me about my top and bottom brake lights that I never knew about.
