Pit Road Towing & Recovery

Yesterday I got stuck on a bridge in Richmond with tire trouble, and I was honestly stressed but the tow truck showed up incredibly fast. The driver Chris was not only professional and efficient, but also genuinely kind. It was cold while I waited, and he even gave me a jacket to stay warm. Hands down the best towing experience I’ve ever had in Richmond. If you’re having car trouble and need reliable service, I highly recommend giving them a call!

Before this past Christmas my best friend and I were traveling back from Florida and our tire pop and we swerved off the road in Virginia. But luckily we didn’t hit any other cars and we were able walk away with just bruises. It was past midnight and we had to grab what we could to go to a hotel near by and leaving our car and everything in it to go to a repair shop in a small town. The next day we decided we wanted to bring our car to Richmond to get repaired but everything we brought down was in it. But our tow truck driver Stephen was so kind and gracious by offering to go to the hotel we were staying in to grab all our stuff from the car. I’m so grateful he went out of his way to help us even when he didn’t need to. Thank you.😊

Chris is the best! He’s so nice and helpful. My key fob stopped working and I couldn’t start my car and instead of towing me to the dealership, he helped me start my car so I didn’t need to be towed at all. If I ever needed a tow again, I would definitely call him first!

Chris is a hero. Saturday night, after hours, picked up for me anyway. Got to me in an hour. I was off roading, probably 100 yards into the woods stuck in mud on an incline. “If I can get to you, you’re coming out.” Right he was. Gave me a great price too. Thank you Chris!

My car was stuck down a long hill in ice and snow. Chris came right out, I had called for off road recovery / winch out but that wasn't going to work in this situation. He used skill, ingenuity, and grit, and got me out and going again. I think a lot of folks would've just given up. Thank you for the rescue!
