I have paid $150 per year for over 12 years for AAA membership. I've only used it a few times. My "Premium" membership includes a free battery replacement and 400 miles of "Free" towing. A few months ago I had a dead battery so I called AAA. They sent a guy from this Huber Heights location. He tested my battery twice, then says the 1st test said its good and 2nd test said its bad. Then he pretends to call his boss to discuss the situation. Then tells me oh sorry but my boss says we have to go by the 1st test so I can't replace your battery. Then tells me I can bring to their shop and they can check it out. I assume to try and sell me an alternator or something I dont need. Don't go there for anything more than tires or oil changes. So many things happened. In the end, they tried to cover up their work and didn't stand behind the work they did. If a hose needed attention or replaced, they should have let me know or brought that concern to my attention. AAA Huber Height: They could have stood behind their work. Today Sept. 5, 2025, I went to the AAA TIRE and AUTO service at 8381 Old Troy Pike in HUBER HEIGHTS Ohio for an oil change. I’ve been getting my oil changed there for the past several years and I’ve never paid more than $50 for an oil change. I own a “2011” Ford Edge with less than 80,000 miles. I dealt with Zach. As usual, I signed what paper I thought was giving them permission to do the oil change? They’ve never added the charges up prior to signing for their service in the past. When I went to check out, I was presented with a bill for $87.86 and that was with my five dollar triple AAA discount Otherwise it would have been $92.86 when I looked at the charge, I was in shock!
