Matthew, the sales manager did a good job. He was polite and respectful of my time. Prior to finding Grismer, I shopped around to 4 other tire stores and they were the only store which stocked the type and size of tire I needed. They gave me an appointment for later that day. Without delay, they got my car in and out of the shop in a few minutes. I recommend Grismer tire on Brante Pike in Huber Heights for anyone looking to purchase new tires at a reasonable price.

Hands down, a super great group of technicians and service professionals. FYI ,after Alignment and Balance, my car never has the current fuel mileage or manners. Great Job!

I had to go get a new tire it was an emergency situation where I got a flat on Wednesday night. I needed a super quick turnaround so I could have my car back the next morning for work. The customer service was excellent.

The guys up front were awesome and got my daughter's tire fixed within 20 min. When we showed up their entire building was full of cars at 5pm last night. Got us right in and back on the road. Great customer service.

Pretty seamless experience, had a blow out on the freeway, got home, called Grismer, they didn’t have the tire on site but were able to get one there within a couple of hours. Had my truck towed over, tire got changed, good to go. Everyone was polite and I never had to wait long to talk to someone.
