I brought my car here last year to get some work done that cost it almost $1000 one of the technicians took my car to test drive it to see what was wrong with it. He didn’t know I was in the parking lot when I came back, this man walked around to my other car and pulled out a family case of beer. He literally went to the Store in my car‼️ So the owner tells me he will drop the price to $300. That was an automatic termination and he still were there so they fix my car and put a wrong parts on my car and got it from the junkyard. I go to the dealership to get my car looked at and the part was wrong and it was bent!and it came from the junkyard when I called Mike he told me he didn’t get my Part from the junkyard clear as day junkyard marker on the parts, and it was the wrong parts. So we dropped are car off at 10am which that's what time they told us. Call us at 4pm, talking about they didn't have a rack available . Wouldn't you know that by 4pm. Then my husband goes up there and the guy says you have alot of rush under your car. My husband said I thought you didn't have a rack available but he said that's how I knew you had alot of Rush under your car ,cause I put it on the rack. Well if you and your receptionist is gonna lie. Get your lie straight. But we do live in the state of Ohio. We own 5 cars and the car you was working on is a point a and b car. Why would be deliver things in are v8 charger or Camero or Pontiac G8 or a Ford flex. Never judge a book by its cover. You lost out on working on all are cars. I was on my way back from Cleveland to Tucson arizona. My truck started acting a little funky. Something that does periodically but I got a little nervous this time being so far away from home. I called these guys up and asked if they could throw it on the computer real quick. Checked for codes, also put the truck up on the lift to check driveshaft U-joints and some other things. Everything checked out, as I thought it's one of those mystery issues that would have to get worse in order to figure it out. However, with no diagnostic codes being shown that gives me a lot more confidence to just head home. Tried to pay Mike for his time and he absolutely refused to accept anything. "If I didn't use any parts I can't charge you anything". Old school attitude, the exact same way I treat my HVAC

Took my car to Jeff schmitt for regular maintenance and an inspection to make sure everything was in check after I paid my car off. Walked out with a laundry list of $4300 in repairs that sounded suspicious. I had Mike's team check my car again and the parts that ACTUALLY needed replaced cost barely more than $500 and theyll only have it for 1-2 days, opposed to 2 weeks. I will be a customer for life. Not to mention they have the sweetest shop pup! 🤭

My 80+ year old grandmother has used and trusted the owner for years. Evwrytime it's worked on it's sent back within a month with the same issues or worse. The last time it was sent in over for a spark plug exploding in a cylinder, the owner assured her it would be fixed properly. Its been a month, and once again the truck is running like garbage. This man takes advantage of older folks and fixes bare minimum causing further damage to vehicles. I dont recommend this place unless your looking for a civil suit.
