Great location, the staff is very nice. They told me would be a 45 minute wait but managed to get me taken care of in 15! They did the standard upsell things any of these places do (my air filter was nearly brand new and they asked if I wanted to replace it). Honestly, I’m not upset about it. I politely declined and they weren’t pushy. They did a great job. I will absolutely be returning to this location.
First off I'd like to say that I until this trip have always been anti Jiffy Lube and anti-quick Lube as these franchises are famously known for destruction of automotive parts in over tightening of drain plugs... while I was on a recent visit to family in ohio, my stepdaughter drives a 2017 Ford Escape that's always in bad need of maintenance, being is it's so close to Christmas I thought I would take her car to get the oil changed in it and have the tire pressures set... I phoned ahead of time in a very nice young lady quoted me a very reasonable dollar amount so I headed over to Huber Heights Jiffy Lube to have the service taken care of. Being a retired technician myself of 30 years experience in GM dealerships, I was very reluctant but it was the only place open and the price could not
Carter and Colt were super helpful and took the time to properly identify what was going on with my Jeep. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and the prices are great. I also really appreciated them showing me what basic tools I should have for simple fixes. That was really nice and you can tell they genuinely care about helping their customers. Highly recommend.
Best experience I ever had, a guy name Carter was very friends and good to work with. He recommended me things I need for my car for the future reference. Honestly great people in there. Everyone should definitely come here
Polite staff, eager to do a great job - they did! Lounge was clean and tidy and the coffee was really nice! Used to come here along time ago when I lived in the area; just moved back - now I remember why I always came here!! Great job guys👍🏻
