AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

My company brought my van here to get the transmission fixed. Not only did it take over a month for them to repair it, but a number of items I left in there (a pair wireless earbuds, sunglasses, and a staple gun) were mysteriously missing when I finally got the van back… 🤔 And to top it all off, they left me with a tank with literally 13 miles to empty (and it had way more fuel than that when it was dropped off). All that being said, the transmission works fine, so if you want a decent job done by an indecent bunch, this is your place…

Not your typical review here; I did not get my car serviced here, but I still feel compelled to give a great review. During a short but quite bad ice storm, my car slid through an intersection and spun into a snowbank. My car was ok, no damage. I was very close to calling a tow truck, but I didn’t need to because of Ronnie from AAMCO. He stopped his truck, and two men from AAMCO came to push my car out of the snow bank. I am someone who is often hesitant to get my car serviced from a new place. But I can say Ronnie’s genuine and immediate care was so appreciated. I’d trust him with my car in a snowbank; I’d trust him with my car’s transmission. It’s not often you come across someone who helps with such kindness.

AAMCO in Wilmington,Ma. Has more than exceeded my expectations. The whole team there was exceptional in all aspects of customer service, knowledge, and most importantly, honesty. They took the time to ride with me and help diagnose my issue. They were able to take my vehicle in right away and correct the problem while I waited. No appointment in a week, or delays in any way. Pricing was very cost effective for the customer, and everyone from the manager to the technicians were kind and professional. If you ever need to require the services of AAMCO transmission , the Wilmington, Mass. Location is second to none. I thank you for a wonderful experience, and I will recommend you to everyone I know.

We cannot express in a single Google review how grateful we are for the help this amazing team provided us! We had just bought our RV when we broke down at the very beginning of our road trip across the USA! We were very worried because we live in our camper with our two daughters! They got us out of an extremely complicated situation at a price we could never have even hoped for! I must admit, I cried with relief! They were patient and so understanding, as I don’t speak English very well! Throughout our trip across the country, we will make sure to tell everyone how incredible they were!
