McGovern Hyundai Rt 93 Service

This rating is for Sarah and the service I received. Professional, accommodating and pleasant! I was advised of extended wait time, Sarah called an Uber (as waiting room is very small) which took me to both a breakfast spot and then shopping area. The time passed quickly because I knew what to expect & she kept me informed. My new tires are perfect! The whole team of advisors, shop manager & mechanic were great! I don't know how they did it in their temporary space (during construction). Just amazing! Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Sarah was great helping get things situated with my car. Parts need to be ordered and I need to return once the parts are in and they have a loaner available. I have a date on the books and I can’t wait to get the work done. All this was happening as Verizon was down and I couldn’t make or receive phone calls. I didn’t know the status of things but Sarah kept at it and did her best to try to keep me in the loop. McGovern has always been helpful and I’m glad to have a local place I can trust.

Great service! Didn't realize you needed an appointment for basic service and showed up on a random Saturday. Despite not having an appointment they worked me in and it only took about 2 hours. Nice waiting area with a bathroom and coffee. Seemed to really look over my car and made a few additional recommendations (such as changing the filter and re-aligning the tires), went over why they suggested it, how it would impact my car, and reiterated that it was up to me if I wanted to do the additional services, which i did. Will definitely go back.

I walk into the service department and I am enthusiastically greeted with a welcoming smile and a robust “hello” by Sammy. She immediately made me feel I had made the right decision bringing my Tucson to McGovern for my service. When I told her of my 8:45am appointment, she looked it up and I could see,, she was puzzled by what she seen. I wasn’t in the system. I showed her my appointment on my phone, then she noticed it said cancelled on my phone. I had no idea why. She said no worries, we will fit you in. She then asked if I needed transportation home and I said, yes. She called me an Uber. My be chile was done in about 2 hours with an oil change and a new rear wiper. She called me and asked if I was ready to pick up my car, I said I was on my way, she said, your uber arrives in 4 minut

Extremely accomodating. The earliest appt I could get was not for 1 month. I called to ask if there was a waiting list for last minute openings and they said they don't have that but then gave me a much earlier appt. I had an oil change and reset of the bluelink car app which was part of my new car free maintenance. I wasn't charged anything. I am making McGovern Hyundai Rte 93 in Wilmington, MA my Hyundai service center. I would recommend them to everyone.
