Great job from beginning to end. They answered all my questions- really helpful. They help me get a rental car. The price was exactly what they quoted. The paint job And body work are excellent like nothing ever happened. Ladies, I was treated with respect here! And surprise! they returned my filthy mom minivan washed, waxed, vacuumed and wiped down inside, Even the windows are polished.

They did a great job fixing my practically new Camry after over $11000 worth of damage from hitting a deer. Quick turnaround, quality parts and the paint and body repair is flawless! Thank you!

So impressed, I had to give a review - I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. They were accommodating, communicative, timely, friendly from start to finish, and they cleaned/vacuumed the inside and it appears they popped in/fixed a loose side panel that was not part of the original fix. My insurance carrier made be deal directly with the other driver’s carrier. My door was damage when someone back led into me while reversing out of their parking spot. Bob’s Auto took over the process with the other driver’s carrier and resolve of the short estimate. The Bob’s team also helped with the rental process , paid for by the other driver’s carrier. Work was completed on time and it has been a couple of months now and I have not issues. I a completely satisfied with the work. I have used them before and I will use them again.

My family has been using Bob’s for years. They do a fantastic job every time!
