The team was reassuring, communicative, and gave me true peace of mind during the repair process. I love my car and I felt fortunate to come across the Imperial Auto team in who treated the repairs with care and great attention to detail. Should I have the need for body work in the future, I will not hesitate to return to Darek and his team at Imperial Auto LLC.

I had my car towed here after an accident, because it was in my insurance's network (Allstate), and had good reviews. It is a reputation well earned. They seamlessly worked with my insurance throughout the entire process, and reached out with regular updates. They provided a realistic timeline upfront, and stuck to it. Where they could go above and beyond, they did so without being asked to, such as taking the effort to find a replacement tire that matched my other tires. I got my car back 3 months and ~2500 miles ago, and there have been zero issues. Car accidents are never fun, but having my car repaired by Imperial Auto was by far the least stressful aspect of the ordeal. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I will have complete confidence coming here.

The customer service was outstanding. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and they truly went above and beyond. My car looked amazing — clean and sparkling when I picked it up.

For example, when I picked up my car today, I was shocked to see that they not only washed the outside of my car but cleaned the inside as well! What a pleasant surprise! My car looked brand new!
